Detailed introduction of continuous greenhouse

2024-01-11

The greenhouse is a greenhouse that is a kind of upgraded greenhouse or an extension:

The greenhouse is a kind of greenhouse upgrading existence, in fact, is a kind of super large greenhouse, or understood as a kind of expansion. The original independent single-room greenhouse, with scientific means, rational design, materials, the original independent single-room model greenhouse connected.

Features:

(1) Simple structure: due to the characteristics of the covering material, the load-bearing structure of the plastic greenhouse, fixed film system and installation requirements are relatively simple. The load-bearing structure is made of hot-dip galvanized lightweight steel or ordinary steel structure, generally hot-dip galvanized lightweight steel structure is used, and the steel structure is better in the assembly structure. The main steel frame of the greenhouse mainly consists of columns, perimeter beams, top arch bars, top ties, cross beams, loose supports, gutter, etc. The use of top longitudinal bars as ties greatly simplifies the structure and reduces steel consumption. At the same time, when the greenhouse is non-mechanically connected to the roof by covering materials, the roof only bears gravity load and positive wind pressure, and the wind pressure is transferred to the gutter and columns, which greatly optimizes the stress on the greenhouse structure.

(2) Flexible and diverse dimensions:Due to the structural characteristics of the continuous film greenhouse, in the process of the development of large-span continuous greenhouse, affected by many factors such as regional and customer demand, many regions have carried out the production and promotion of plastic greenhouse-based production. According to their respective standards, a large number of plastic film continuous greenhouses of different forms and specifications have been formed, such as high vault greenhouses of different spans, double vault greenhouses, sawtooth greenhouses, small vault continuous greenhouses, etc. It is difficult to summarize and describe the size of a single plastic greenhouse.

Therefore, the span and open space can be flexibly designed according to the customer's demand to meet the design requirements of different terrain sizes.

Methods:

1, ventilation and air exchange dehumidification. Ventilation is a good way to reduce humidity. Ventilation must be carried out at high temperatures, otherwise it will cause the indoor temperature of the continuous greenhouse to drop. If the temperature drops too quickly when ventilating, the vent should be closed in time to prevent the temperature from dropping suddenly so that the vegetables will be jeopardized.

2, mulch cover. The use of mulch cover can reduce the evaporation of soil moisture, is an important measure to reduce indoor air humidity.

3、Warming and humidity reduction. The use of this method can not only meet the temperature needs of vegetables, but also reduce the relative humidity of the air. When the plant grows to have resistance, watering closed shed warming up to about 30 ℃ for 1 hour, and then ventilate the moisture. 3-4 hours after the shed temperature below 25 ℃ can be repeated 1 time.

4, the use of hygroscopicity good insulation curtain material. Moisture permeability and hygroscopicity of good insulation curtain materials, such as non-woven fabrics can prevent dew on the surface of the shed, and can prevent dew from falling onto the plants, thus reducing the air humidity of the greenhouse.

5, natural moisture absorption. You can use straw, straw, lime and other materials laid in the rows, adsorption of water vapor or fog, to achieve the purpose of reducing humidity.
